These are the original rules for The Digital Destiny forums.

These rules have been made by the site admin, DoruGatomon. If you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions, please send me a personal message.

RULE #1
Please keep all posts, threads, polls, fan art and fiction, and personal messages appropriate. For now I am going to rate this forum PG to PG-13 until things get a little out of hand. If that occurs, I will lower the rating.

RULE #2
No Spamming.

S - Stupid
P - Pointless
A - Annoying
M - Messages

Just don't do it. Enough said.

Make your posts meaningful and not just "I agree". :P
Don't spam just to raise post count. Quality over quantity.
(Make a post at least 5 words.)


RULE #3
Avatars are allowed and the max size is 100x100. I think that they will be 65x65 when you first put it there but you can change the size in your "modify profile" area. Please keep them appropriate.

RULE #4

Signatures are fine but keep them to a size of 500x250. (length by width) Also keep them appropirate.

RULE #5

I will ask you if you would like to be a moderator. You would have to be reliable and hard-working.

If the site's membership grows, I might need more moderators or global moderators.

If I do not announce I need any more staff, don't ask.

RULE #6
Be respectful to fellow members, moderators, and administrators.

NO Flaming and NO shouting (Writing your entire post in capital letters). Respect each other.

RULE #7

No Smiley abusing. Please use less that 7 smileys per post.

RULE #8

No double posting. Only the administrator and moderators can double post. If you feel the complete need to double post, then you can 24 hours after your original post.

RULE #9

Ask before you advertise this forum. If another forum doesn't allow advertising, then don't. I had to add this rule because of someone advertising on Digimon CCG.

IRC Rules
Spam
- Spam will not be tolerated. Kicking and temporary bans probable, but bans are possible.
- Posting large blocks of text at once will get you banned.

Flaming
-If a flame war breaks out, all involved will be banned, rather than just "who started it". Perma bans are common in this area.

Content
-No explicit content such as pornography or excessive violence are allowed. If a picture is indecent but deemed neither pornographic or excessively violent, warn the chat of it being Not Safe For Work (NSFW) before posting the link.

Opping
-No, I will not OP you. You have to garner a significant amount of my trust to even make me think about it.
